Mrs. Bailey was a native of Hamblen County, a daughter of the late Len and Ada Street Smith.
She was a member of Limestone Free Will Baptist Church.
Mrs. Bailey was a homemaker and the widow of Vestal Lee Bailey.
Survivors include two sons: Marion Lee Bailey of Florence, S.C., and Donnie Bailey of Limestone; a daughter: Phyllis Jean Brummitt of Elizabethton; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother: Delmer Smith of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Orville Smith.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. today at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 8 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Dexter Brummitt and the Rev. Alfred Cutshall will officiate.
A graveside service will be held at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning in Limestone FWB Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Eugene Miller, Daniel Bailey, Donald Shepard, Steve Hartley Jr., John Brummitt, and Jared Brummitt.
