George Ray "Bud'', passed away suddenly October 12, 1986, at the age of 45 years.

Bud was born June 7, 1941 in Evansville Indiana.

He graduated from Bosse High School in Evansville in 1959. Bud and the former Martha Mechek, of Canute Oklahoma, were married September 24, 1966 and moved to OKC in 1968, where Bud was employed with The Times Journal until his death.

Bud and Martha moved to the Mustang community in 1977, where they also owned and managed Lakeview Appaloosa Farm. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Mary Bittrolff. He is survived by his wife, Martha of the home; a brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Carol Bittrolff of Evansville Indiana; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ed and Maggie Mechek of Canute Oklahoma.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Dorothy Mechek of Canute Oklahoma., Terry and Teresa Bearden of Harrah Oklahoma; 2 nephews, 1 niece, several cousins and many friends and neighbors who will greatly miss him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the American Heart Assn. Services are 10am Wednesday, Bill Merritt Mustang Chapel. Burial will be at Evansville Indiana.
