Beloved daughter of Joseph C. Chappell (1926-1967) and Betty L. Gould Chappell (1933-2000) of 1221 Goodrich Ave. Olean, NY. She was the first child born to Betty and Joe. They later had two sons: Carl Joseph and Timothy R Chappell.
