Salt Lake Tribune, The (UT) - October 20, 1992. Deceased Name: Beverly L. Smith. SOUTH OGDEN--Our beloved wife and mother, Beverly Louise Tracy Smith, 70, died Saturday, October 17, 1992 at an Ogden hospital following a heart attack. She was born May 11, 1922 in Marriott, Utah, a daughter of Charles Richard and Rose a Lillie Jay Tracy. She married Zeanes Parnell Smith Sept. 28, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church and had been active in Primary, Sunday School and Relief Society. She was also a member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Tracy Chapter. She loved her collection of dolls and pictures of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a collector of music boxes.

Surviving are her husband, South Ogden; five sons and two daughters, Darl and wife Marilyn Smith, Salt Lake City; Brent and wife Terry Smith, Clearfield; Robbie Douglas and wife Freda Smith, Sandy; Don and wife Teresa Smith, South Ogden; Kim and wife Lorie Smith, Sandy; Janet and husband Kim Ward, South Ogden; Susan and husband Anthony DeMinck, Eden; 19 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; also one brother and two sisters, Leslie Jay and wife, Ruby Tracy, North Ogden; Alberta Peek, South Weber; Lois and husband, Keith Hawkins, Washington Terrace; a sister-in-law, Elva Tracy, South Ogden.

She was preceded in death by six sisters, three brothers and one grandson. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 3 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., where friends may call Tues., from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-2:45 p.m. Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park.
