Lucinda Frances Curtis Mead, widow of Horace Mead died in the Georgetown Hospital after a long illness. She was a native of Scott County and the daughter of John Wesley and Millie Cottrell Curtis. She was a member of the Caesarea Church of Christ. Survivors include one sister, Ms. Maggie Curtis, Georgetown. Funeral services at Tucker Yocum Funeral Home with burial in the Stamping Ground Masonic Cemetery.
