Britten E. Alexander,Sr.,88 of North East died Tuesday,February 23,1999,at Union Hospital.
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, Mr. Alexander retired in 1983 as greens keeper at Chantily Country club in Rising Sun. He was a veteran of Maryland National Guard Company E.Mr. Alexander was a member of the North East Church of the Nazarene.
Mr. Alexander is survived by his wife of 20 years,Anna M. Alexander.
His first wife,Ethel Jane (Weaver) Alexander died in 1974
Visitation is set for 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosebank Cemetary, Calvert.
The family welcomes flowers, however, memorial contributions may be made to Northern Chesapeake Hospice c/o Crouch Funeral Home, 127 S. Main Street.,North East 21901.
