Curtis Clardy, 46, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010, North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born Dec. 24, 1963, in Starkville to Oneta Mann Childers and the late Walter Lucas Clardy. He was a self-employed general contractor.
Services were Wednesday, Jan. 6, at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel in West Point with the Bro. Ben Yarber officiating. Burial was in Double Springs Baptist Cemetery near Maben.
Survivors include two daughters, Heather Clardy and Christina Clardy of Cartersville, Ga.; two grandchildren, Haven and Brody; his mother, Oneta Mann Childers (Keith) of Cedar Bluff; three brothers, Dennis Clardy (Elizabeth) of Vernon, Ala., Shannon Clardy (Amy) of West Point and Eugene Clardy (Ashley) of Cedar Bluff.
Pallbearers were Doug Hannah, Donald Sheward, Johnny Betts, Scottie Betts, Eugene Clardy and Keith Childers.
Honorary pallbearers were Johnathon Eller, Allen Childers, Terry Garnett and his biker friends.
