Edward Taylor, 69, died at his home in Ellenburg on Jan 18. He was born Oct 18, 1874, the son of George and Lena (LeClair) Taylor and carried on farming all his life near Ellenburg.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy (Hicks) Taylor; two sons, Philip of Malone and George of Ellenburg; five sisters, Mrs. Emma Bushey and Mrs. Rosanna Fournier of Easthampton, MA, Mrs. William Labarge, Forest, Mrs. Vina Hebert, Burlington, VT and Mrs. Francis Trombly of Chateaugay; two brothers, Sylvester and Noah Taylor of Montreal, Quebec.
Funeral services will be held from St. Edmunds Church, Ellenburg. The body will be place in the cemetery vault for burial in the spring.
