Ann L. Young, 89, passed away Tuesday, November 10th, at St. Josephs Hospital. Mrs. Young was a lifelong resident of Bryan county Georgia. She attended St. Anne's Catholic Church and was retired from Howard Johnson Restaurant after thirty years. She was preceded in death by her husband James E. Young Sr. and son Timothy D. Young. She is survived by her son, James E. Young Jr. and wife, Carol; Dean Young, of Metter; two sisters, Mattie L. Cannon of Savannah and Margaret D. Fennell Judy of Richmond Hill, Grandchildren Sheila Griggs and James E. Young III, Great Grandchildren Chance, Gavin, Cassidy, Hunter, Lane and Christian, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Visitation will be held 6pm-8pm Wednesday November 11, 2009 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Thursday November 12,2009 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel with Father Joseph Smith officiating, Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
