Mrs. Clara Lee Dunnavant, 77, of 1127 Edgewood Drive, died this morning in a Charleston hospital after a long illness.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Kings Daughters and the Friendship Club.
Mrs. Dunnavant was a native of Richmond, Virginia and had lived in Charleston for 57 years.
Her husband, Charles M. Dunnavant, died in March of 1939.
Survivors include four sons, Paul, James E. and C. Leroy of Charleston and Ralph of Richmond; a daughter, Mrs. Edwin Baker of St. Albans; and seven grandchildren.
The body is at the Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home.
