The second stone shown here is in Calvary Chapel of the Resurrection in Cheboygan, Michigan and was erected there by his shipmates of USS Monocacy in memory of him in his hometown. The inscription reads USN; born at Penetang, Ontario Co, Canada and died Shanghai, China. He was however buried in California.
