She was born July 5, 1868, and was a lifelong resident of Lima. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic church, the Altar and Rosary society and the Third Order of St. Dominic.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Paul Christy, 414 W. McKibben-st; Mrs. Bernard Kennedy, 466 N. McDonel-st and Sister Mary Alfred, OP, Bradford, Pa., three sons, Leo and John, at home and Raymond, Dearborn, Mich.; one brother, John F. Brennan, 457 W. McKibben-st; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Dominican requiem high mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Rose church. The Rev. Robert E. Brennan, Columbus, a nephew of Mrs. Carrig, will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani cemetery.
The body will be removed from the Cantwell funeral home to the residence at 516 N. McDonel-st at noon Sunday where it will remain until time of services.
