William Reinke, aged 67, 812 Bluff avenue, passed away at his home Friday at 7 p. m. after an illness of two weeks. Death was due to heart trouble.
The deceased was born May 18, 1862, in town Herman, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Reinke Sr. On November 18, 1905, he was united in marriage to Miss Bertha Grosshuesch.
He retired from active work two years ago and moved to this city, where he made his home until the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife: five sons, Oscar Franz of Sheboygan, Calvin Franz of Mission House College, Gilbert Reinke at home, Richard Reinke, at home, and Lester Reinke, at home; three brothers, August and Herman of town of Herman, and Carl of town Mosel, and two sisters. Mrs. Gottlieb Kuester of Greenwood, Wisconsin and Mrs. George Brill of Calumet, Michigan, besides three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the late home at 811 Bluff Avenue and 1:30 P. m. from the Ebenezer Reformed church. The Rev. E. Opperman will officiate and interment will be made in the family lot at Immanuel cemetery near Franklin.
