TOPPENISH -- Ora J. Poisel, 67, of White Swan, died Tuesday at his home.

Born May 6, 1915, in Wapato, the son of James and Sarah Martin, he was a lifetime resident of the Valley. He worked as a farm laborer in the area.

Mr. Poisel was a member of the First Christian Church of Yakima, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include a daughter, Robyn Adams of Yakima; a sister, Pearl Coleman of Tieton; two brothers, John Poisel of Amanda Park, Wash., and Bill Poisel of Selah; and numerous nieces and nephews.
