Earl Macklin, 59 wild life protection supervisor for the State Fish and Game Commission and a 30-year veteren of that agency, died of a heart attack yesterday while in conference at his office here.
Mr. Macklin had worked at every California county except Amador during his long career. He spent the last 18 years in the Los Angeles office.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Scottish Rite Cathedral, 150 N. Madison Ave, Pasadena, under the direction of Edwards & Cummings Mortuary.
Mr. Macklin lived at 2325 Navarro St. Altadena. He leaves his widow Frances, a brother Robert, who is with the Fish and Game office in Sacramento, five children and several grandchildren.
