Mrs. Bryant Funeral Tuesday July 1964
Mrs. lsabell Bryant, age 89, died at the residence of her daughter Mrs. Oral Applegate, Gosport route 1 on Saturday evening, July 11, 1964, after an extended illness. Born Owen County August 7, 1874, she was the daughter, of John and Eizabeth Wood Fisher. She was married to Samuel Bryant, Feb. 17, 1892, who preceded her in death in 1935.
Survivors include one daughter Mabel Applegate; a daughter-in- law, Mrs. Evelyn Bryant of Chicago; and one step-daughter Mrs Lillian Harwick of St. Mary, Ohio; three grand-children and eight great-grandchildren. One son, Franklin Bryant preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Samaria Baptist church.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2:00 P. M. at the Whitaker Funeral Home in Gosport with Rev. Walter Stockham officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship park Cemetery at Paragon.
