Death of Mrs. E.W. Hershe
A dispatch received in this city this morning conveys the mournful intelligence of the death at Red Oak of Mrs. Minnie, wife of E.W. Hershe, and daughter of J.A. Bishop. The hour of her death is not stated. This sad news will fill many a heart in this city with anguish. Mrs. Hershe's loveliness of character and sunny temperament having endeared her to all whom she met. Her agonized husband, to whom she had been married hardly two years, and her deeply bereaved parents, have the heartfelt sympathies of the entire community. We understand the remains will arrive here for interment on Monday. The hour for the funeral has not yet been fixed.

The funeral of Mrs. E.W. Hershe will take place tomorrow, at 11 o'clock a.m. From the residence of J.A. Bishop, on Fifth street. Friends of the family are invited without further notice.
