EAST ROCKWOOD - Frank B. Gonyea, 63, of 35450 River Rd. died at 10:05 P.M. Sunday in Wayne County General Hospital, where he had been for six days.
Born Aug. 8, 1893, the son of Cyril and Josephine Gonyea, he had lived in the Rockwood vicinity his entire life. His wife, Elizabeth, died in 1951.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Marie Slusne of Riverview; two brothers, Napoleon and Clem of East Rockwood; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Monte of Ecorse, and four grandchildren.
The body is in Clark H. Ford & Son funeral home, where arrangements are pending. (obit added by RVW)
