ROANOKE, AL - Funeral services for Mary Johnson Bonner, 69, of Roanoke were 2 p.m. Thursday, 2 Nov 1995 at Quattlebaum Funeral Home Chapel with Revs Frank Foster and Harold Bonner officiating. Burial was at Randolph Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Bonner died suddenly Tuesday, 31 Oct 1995 at her home.
A longtime resident of Roanoke, Mrs. Bonner was a Chambers County, AL native, born 28 May 1926, daughter of Jackson and Edna Mae Smith Johnson. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Ann May of Roanoke; a son, Lamar Bonner of Roanoke; one sister, Lamerle Wilson of Opelika, AL; two brothers, Curtis Johnson and Charlie Johnson of Roanoke; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Sam Brown, Tommy Yarbrough, Mike May, Larry Wilson, Whit Bonner and Tim Ussery.
Quattlebaum Funeral Home of Roanoke was in charge of arrangements.
