JULIUS DAVID FENDER IS CLAIMED BY DEATh

Julius David Fender, 65 years old, of Ehrhardt, S. C., died early yesterday morning at an Augusta infirmary. He had been ill but a short time.

Mr. Fender was the father of J. Ralph Fender and Horace Fender, of Augusta.
Funeral services will be held this morning at 10 o'clock at Bethany Baptist church with the Rev. Davis and the Rev. Hollis officiating. Interment will follow in the churchyard cemetery. The funeral party will leave Elliott's Funeral home in Augusta this morning at 7 o'clock.

Mr. Fender is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Carter Fender; four sons, J. Ralph Fender, of Augusta, Horace Fender of Augusta, Robert Earl Fender, of Ehrhardt and Herbert L. Fender, of Cheraw, S. C.; one daughter, Miss Catherine Fender of Ehrhardt; three brothers, Joseph Fender, Hampton Fender and Geo. Fender all of Ehrhardt, and one sister, Mrs. J. L. Cothran, of Ehrhardt.
