Agatha Annis Adams,81, formerly of Wichita, Kan., died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010. She was born at home May 8, 1928, to Orren Clinton and Bessie Annis (Gardner) Hartman. She married Lewis Alden Adams Nov. 25, 1950. They had one daughter., Lois Ann Adams. Survivors include a daughter, Lois Ann Harrold and husband Russel; four grandchildren, Chris Harrold & wife Beth of Augusta, Kan., Patrick Harrold of Wichita, Kan., Jordan Harrold & wife Sarah of Haysville, Kan., and Laura-Elisabeth Harrold of Augusta, Kan.; 10 great grandchildren, Juliana, Samuel, Gabriel, Isabel, Kylie, Cameron, Angena, Darian, Elayna and Selah Harrold; two brothers, Donald D Hartman of Wichita, Kan., and Orren C. Hartman of Marshfield; three sisters, Mary Ellen Wheelwright of Yuma, Ariz., Patricia Lopes of Tracy, Calif., and Linda Ashbridge of Seattle, Wash. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; two brothers, James LaVern and William Hartman; and two sisters, Beatrice Jean and Lenore Catherine Hartman. Services were at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan 29, at Baker Funeral Home, 6100 E. Central, Wichita, Kan., and 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at Frakers Funeral Home, Marshfield. Graveside service followed in Marshfield Cemetery.
