William "Bill" Clarence Hartman
CHADWICK - William "Bill" Clarence Hartman, 72, Chadwock, Mo., formerly of Marshfield, Mo., passed away at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 1997, in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, Mo.
Mr. Hartman was a retired Union Pacific Railroad diesel mechanic and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara; three sons, Stefan Hartman and Stanton Hartman, both of San Leandro, Calif., and Cris Hartman, Roseville, Calif.; a daughter, DeAnn Honea, Amarillo, Texas; three brotehrs, James L. Hartman, Marshfield, Mo. Don Hartman, Wichita, Kan., and J.R. Hartman, Springfield, Mo.; a step-brother, Robert Stephens, Springfield; four sisters, Mary Ellen Wheelwright, Yuma, Ariz., Pat Lopes, Tracy, Calif., Linda Ashbridge, Seattle, Wash., and Agatha Adams, Wichita, Kan.; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; his mother-in-law, Roxie Dobbs, Chadwick; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 1997, in Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield, with the Rev. Randy Sisco officiating. Burial , with Military honors, will be in Marshfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. (The News-Leader, Springfield, MO, Thursday, p. May 29, 1997, p. 4B, Col. 2).
