Mrs. Florence B. Swearingin, 65, of 3221 Beacon, died Thursday at General hospital after a lengthy illness. She had been hospitalized one day. She was born in Bonner Springs and had lived in Kansas City 20 years. She was a member of the Methodist church. She is survived by her husband, Louis Swearingin of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Mae Reynolds, Woodward, Okla.; three sons, James Sharpe, Ava, Mo.; Robert Bailey, Lawrence, Kas., and Ezra Bailey, Tonganoxie, Kas.; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Richie, Dallas, Tex.; Mrs. Fannie Roberts, Joplin, Mo., and Mrs. Maggie Conkey, Reading, Calif.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held 4 o'clock Sunday at Passantino chapel; burial in Brooklyn cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday after 12 o'clock.

Missouri Death Certificate resolved the issue--indicating Brooking Cemetery, Raytown, Jackson County, MO.
