Sister of Local Man Dies; Services Friday
Funeral services for Mrs. Vessie Bails, 60, of Detroit, Mich., a native of Charleston, will be held Friday in Detroit. Burial will be in a cemetery there. The Sullivan Funeral home is in charge.
Mrs. Bails was a sister of Carl Hall, 905 N. 30th.
Surviving are her husband, Gwin; a sister, Mrs. Flora Cody, Greenup; three sons and a step-daughter.
