VIVIA BAICHTAL~IVERSON.

Mrs. Chris. IVERSON died at her home on South Tenth and Robbins street, Sac City,Iowa, at half past ten o'clock on Wednesday morning, November 4, 1914, after a week's illness with cerebral hemorrhage. Mrs. IVERSON failed to
regain consciousness after she was suddenly paralyzed by the hemorrhage.
She was in her forty-fifth year.

The funeral will be held at the residence in Sac City Friday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. J. Irving BROWN officiating, and the burial will be made in OAKLAND CEMETERY, Sac City, Sac County, Iowa.

Mrs. IVERSON's maiden name was Viva Estelle BAICHTAL. She was born near Van Meter, Dallas county, Iowa, on July 2, 1870.
She came with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.S. BAICHTAL to Sac City in March, 1881. She attended the public school in this city and graduated from the high school.
On June 25, 1889, she was united in marriage with Chris. IVERSON, and their home has been in Sac City with the exception of three years spent near or in the
town of Sibley from 1911 to the spring of the present year (1914).

Mrs. IVERSON became a member of the Methodist Episcopal church in her girlhood, but twenty years ago, along with her husband, united with the Church of Christ. She was a devoted and effective worker in various departments of the church and in the Woman's Christian Temperance Union.
She was also affiliated with the Order of the Eastern Star.

To Mr. and Mrs. IVERSON were born three children, Louisa, Ivan C., and Jean.
Of these only Louisa survives her mother, Jean having died August 6, 1908, and Ivan having died at Sibley, February 13, 1914.

Besides her husband and daughter, Mrs. IVERSON leaves three brothers, John H. and Charles E. BAICHTAL of Sac City and E. L. BAICHTAL of Springfield, Mo.;
two half-sisters, Mrs. S. L. DREW of Sac City and Mrs. Will HESTER of Des Moines; and one half-brother, Wm. WRIGHT of Sac City.

Mrs. IVERSON's long residence in this city, her wide acquaintanceship, and her cordial kindliness gave her a large circle of friends who will sorrow with the members of the bereaved household.
