Tony was the oldest child of Angelo and Anna (Corniello) Cipriano. He had one sister Grace Culp and a younger brother Arnold who was killed in World War II. Tony was married to Marjorie Marshall. They did not have any children. He served in the Air Force, was a music teacher and band director.
