Alice Motes Lester, 92, of Sylvester, Ga., died Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2007, at Pine Shadows Retirement Manor.
She was born to James Williams Motes and Bertha Mae Roberts Motes. She had lived in Worth County since 1980, moving there from Okeechobee. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and the Elouise Powell Sunday School class.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Lester.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 1, at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Gordon and Rev. Jerry Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery.
