Arthur F. Howe
Havre--Funeral services for Arthur F. Howe, 71, retired truck driver, who died in a Havre hospital Saturday, will be conducted at the Holland and Bonine Funeral Home Tuesday at 2 p.m.
Survivors are the widow; a son, Harold Howe, of Chinook; and five step-children; sisters, Mrs. Myra McDaniels, Billings, Okla., Mrs. Ora Morris, Shattuck, Okla., Mrs. Mabel Schaffer, Lacrosse, Kan., and Mrs. Maude Birdwell, Houston, Texas; three grandchildren and five stepgrandchildren.
Howe came to Chinook from Billings, Okla., in 1914, and homesteaded. At one time he was ranch foreman for the Sprinkle outfit. He moved to Havre in 1944 and worked for the City of Havre.
He was born Aug. 14, 1884, in Trenton, Missouri, and was married March 2, 1927, to Luella Henry Morris.
