Mrs. Louella Howe
Havre--Mrs. Louella Howe, 78, resident of Havre since 1924, died in a local hospital. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. from Holland and Bonine Funeral Home in Havre.
Born May 3, 1884, in Missouri. She and her husband came to northern Montana in 1910 and homesteaded south of Chinook. The family moved to Havre in 1924 and she made her home here since that time. Her husband, Arthur Howe, died in 1958.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Opal Brinkman and Mrs. Alta Colier, both of Havre; three sons by a previous marriage, Ed Morris and Jess Morris, both of Havre, and Alvin Morris, both of Glasgow; three brothers, Andrew Henry, Mound Ridge, Kans., Steve Henry, Maple Creek, Sask., and Jim Henry, Butte; and two sisters, Mrs. Laura Blevins, Placerville, Calif., and Mrs. Jane Brown, Kansas City, Mo.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Member of the Eagles Auxiliary.
