She was the wife of Raymond L. Fortin, who died in 1983.
Born in Providence, R.I., daughter of the late William and Margaret (Andrade) Halde, she had lived in Marlborough for the past four years, moving from Seekonk.
She was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
A homemaker, she enjoyed Big Band music and loved ballroom dancing.
She leaves her son, Kenneth W. Fortin of Broken Arrow, Okla., and her daughter with whom she lived, Denise A. Fortin of Marlborough.
She was the mother of the late Lawrence R. Fortin and sister of the late Ernest and Grateland Halde and Elaine Wiest.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Wednesday, June 14, at 9 a.m., at St. Ann Church, 124 Cochituate Road, Wayland.
Burial with military honors will follow in St. Stephen Cemetery, South Main Street, Attleboro.
Visiting hours are today, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the John P. Rowe Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Marlborough.
