Services held Monday for Mrs. Clara Mullerleile
Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Mullerleile, 81, of Janesville were held Monday, June 6 at 10 a.m. at the St. Ann's Catholic Church in Janesville with Father W. D. Sullivan officiating. Interment was in the St. Ann's church cemetery. Pallbearers were Eugene Leonard, Martin Daschner, Clem Schorn, Robert Schmidt, Harry Mullerleile and Albert Buskey.
Following a year's illness of a heart condition, Mrs. Mullerleile passed away, Friday morning, June 3 at the Janesville Nursing Home.
Clara C. Mullerleile was born Feb. 7, 1885 to the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Beck at Milwaukee, Wisc., where she attended the rural school. At the age of 9, she moved with her parents to a farm in Blue Earth County.
On January 9, 1903, she was united in marriage to William Mullerleile of Eagle Lake at Madison Lake, who preceded her in death.
She has made her residence in Janesville since 1942 and was a member of the St. Ann's Catholic Church here.
Surviving are three sons, Walter of Janesville, Alfred of Clovis, Calif., and Tony of Elysian; one daughter, Mrs. Otto (Leona) Vogler of Janesville; 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Nellie Mullerleile of Janesville.
