Visitation and Services
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 21, 2010 beginning at 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be on Monday, February 22, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Mike Nolen officiating. Interment will follow in the Swiss Cemetery.
Obituary
Mr. Humphreys was born in Hohenwald, TN to the late Douglas David Humphreys, Jr. and Elise Hinson Humphreys. He was a retired scientist/quality assurance engineer for the Defense Contractor. He was an Army veteran having served during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his son, Douglas (Leslie) David Humphreys, IV of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; daughters, Janet (Mark Izard) Humphreys of Telluride, CO, Nancy (Jericho Jones) Humphreys of Land O' Lakes, FL and Terry (Graham) Holden of Cartersville, FL; also 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Lewis Humphreys
