Frieda Brown, 89, of Albany died Wednesday in Twin Falls, Idaho.
She was born in Halliday, N.D., the daughter of Robert and Lydia (Isaak) Tschaekofski. Frieda married Charles Brown in 1952 in Los Angeles. Charley died in August 1991.
Frieda was a devoted wife and homemaker, and a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
She is survived by sister Hetvina Thompson of Spokane, Wash.; brothers Herbert Tschaekofski of Halliday, Alfred Tschaekofski of Peoria, Ariz., and Rueben Tschaekofski of Twin Falls.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, with burial following at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum.
