Mary Taylor was born Mary Ann Judd in England and married James Gallienne Taylor on March 5, 1848 in St George Hanover Square in Middlesex, England. They immigrated to the United States in 1848 and settled in Troy, New York where they began their family. They had seven children and eventually moved to Nebraska where James established a cattle ranch.

Mary Ann Judd Taylor was born Jan 10, 1826 in England and died Dec 15, 1894 in Seward, Nebraska. James was born Oct 20, 1824 on the Isle of Guernsey, England and died Dec 20, 1911 in Seward, Nebraska. There sons James, Jr. and Robert Weeks are also buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
