Martha G. O'Neil, 86, of Carp Lake, died Nov. 3, 1995, at her residence.
Mass of the Resurrection was celebrated Tuesday, Nov. 7, at St. Clement's Catholic Church in Pellston. Burial took place in Carp Lake Township Cemetery.
She was born Jan. 7, 1909, in Billerica, Mass., the daughter of George and Mary Ennion.
On Oct 12, 1926, she married Edward C. O'Neil at St. Andrew's Church in Billerica, Mass.
Mrs. O'Neil is survived by 13 children: three sons, Edward O'Neil of Carp Lake, Raymond of Levering, James of Levering; and 10 daughters, Peggy Warren of Petoskey and Arizona, Lorraine Kenville of Cheboygan, Dorothy Dermis of Pontiac, Jean Reberg of Petoskey, Thelma Williams of Petoskey, Mary Freese of Cheboygan, Eileen Blackburn of Juneau, Alaska, Alice Taber of Troy, Betty Brown of Groton, Mass., and Cathy Maglothin of Cross Village. She is also survived by 41 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and by one sister, Helene Taylor, of Lowell, Mass.
Mrs. O'Neil was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, in 1993; and by her son, David, in 1971.
