"Bink" Lippy, 83, of Oswego, IL died Wednesday, January 15, 2003 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL.    He was born July 2, 1919 in Oswego, IL, the son of the late Benjamin J. and Margaret (nee Shropshire) Lippy.    Bink was a veteran of World War II, serving in Northern France, Rhineland and Central Europe with the U. S. Army.    Prior to his retirement in 1989, he was employed as a truck driver for many years, many of those years was hauling livestock. He was a member of the Oswego American Legion Post #675 and the Fox Trail Riders.    He is survived by his sister, Alice Abens of Oswego, IL; two brothers, Harvey Lippy of Lakeville, IN, Glenn (Carol) Lippy of Fort Myers, FL; and by several nieces and nephews.    Visitation will take place at the McKEOWN-DUNN FUNERAL HOME, LTD at 210 S. Madison St. in Oswego, IL on Friday, January 17, 2003 from 4 to 8 PM.    Military Graveside Services will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park in ruralOswego, IL on Saturday, January 18, 2003 at 1 PM conducted by the Oswego American Legion Post #675.    Memorials may be directed to the Oswego American Legion Post #675, Washington St., Oswego, IL, 60543.
