John Biddle, age 52 years, former resident of the Windfall
community, was foundd dead in bed Friday morning at the home of his brother, George Biddle in the Rigdon community, with whom he made his home.
Mr. Biddle had apparently died of an acute heart attack soon after retiring Thursday night. He had been in his usual health, and had plowed corn in the field all day Thursday. He ate his supper as usual and made no complaint of feeling ill before retiring. Besides the brother, with whom he made his home, he is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Oliver Henry, of Frankton.
Funeral services will be held at the Chrisian
church in Windfall, at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon,
conducted by t h e pastor, Rev. L.R. Gray. Burial will be in the Brookside cemetery. Mr. Biddle was never married.
He hadd resided with the brother,
George Biddle and family on the
Vielhaber farm south of Windfall,
for several years, and moved to
their farm near Rigdon in March of this year.
