Ned Seemann - Davenport
Funeral services for Ned A. Seemann, of Davenport, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will be at Davennport Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ned died on Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport.
Ned Allen Seemann was born February 27, 1941, in Davenport, the son of Emil and Hilda (Ketelsen) Seemann. He married Sharon Sims in June of 1963 in Davenport.
He worked as a Machine Repairman at Caterpillar, retiring in 1987. Ned was a perfectionist in everything he did. He enjoyed yardwork and restoring cars in his earlier years.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon, of Davenport; daughter Tonya Seemann Lane, and her husband, Brett, of Sherrard, IL; son, Todd A. Seemann, of Colorado Springs, CO; 5 grandchildren and a sister, Shirley White, of Davenport.
He is preceeded in death by his parents, and brothers, Bill Seemann and John Seemann.
Memorial may be made to the family.
