Jerry W. Evens, 62, Fort Wayne, a former Dunkirk residemt, died July 21 at his home.
Born in Portland to Thurl and Phyllis (Viler) Evens, he graduated from Dunkirk High Schools and attended art school in Fort Wayne.
He had formerly worked at Kerr Glass in Dunkirk.
Surviving are two nieces; four nephews and several cousins.
A memorial service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Burial will be in North Salem Cemetery, southwest of Portland.
