Katherine was so sweet, she always had to be touching you when she spoke with you. She hated to see the visit end.

Katherine always wore a sweater or had a throw over her, she was never warm, regardless of the weather outside.

She enjoyed eating what everyone else would cook, I don't think I ever seen her make anything, but, she could tell you every ingredient to put into something to make it so good and very accurate, she loved cookies, breads, cakes, yes, mostly sweet things.

At Christmas, I took her a tray of goodies, I knew to take her, her own personal tray, she refused to share her goodies with anyone, she would hide them beneath her end table, so I would make her a little box full of goodies, with her name on them and no one else. She loved that.
