Charles Edwin Steen is the son of Issac Mills Steen and Ora May Kendall Steen. His siblings are: Robert, Myra, Eunice Eula, James Victor, Ila, Iris, Edith E. & Lewis R."Bud" Steen. Charles married Beulah Josephine Burgett Steen. They were blessed with five daughters and four sons: Eunice "Marie", "Martha" Faye, Mavis "Charlotte", Mildred "Jo"sephine, "Monita" Dean, Louis Mills, Morris "Butch" Anthony, "Buster" Merle and Billy "Buddy" Mack Steen.
