Nevada was the oldest child of Leander Franklin Fallwell & Donnie Ella (Bailey) Fallwell. On June 30, 1898, she married Allen Oscar Williams who was born in Louisiana. Nevada and Allen had two daughters, Myrtie & Verdie Williams. Nevada died from heart problems on her 22nd birthday, about 2 months after the birth of her second child, leaving her husband and two babies. According to family records, Nevada was buried in the Lake Cemetery. No marker could be found for her grave. Nevada's parents, Leander & Ella (Bailey) Fallwell helped to raise their two granddaughters.

In 1907, Leander and Ella Fallwell and their sons and daughters & families moved by covered wagons to Oklahoma and settled on a farm near Meeker, Lincoln County, which is located east of Oklahoma City. The family worked as sharecroppers. Nevada's daughters, Myrtie and Verdie, grew up and married cousins, Jess & Wes Riddle, in Oklahoma. Verdie & Jess raised their family in Oklahoma in the Shawnee, Pottawatomie County, area until her death. Wes and Myrtie's family lived in Visalia, California.
