On October 22, 1892, Walter was born on a farm near Carthage, Texas, in Panola County. He was the 8th of 15 children born to his parents.
In 1900, Walter C. Fallwell was 7 years old and lived in Panola, Texas with his father, mother, 3 brothers (William, Conrad, and Lafayette), and 3 sisters (Vinnie, Veter, and Moiena). His oldest sister, Nevada, lived next to them with her husband, Allen Williams.
In the Summer or Fall of 1907, Walter was age 15 and moved to Oklahoma from East Texas in a covered wagon with his parents and siblings.
In 1910, he was 17 years old and lived in South Choctaw, Oklahoma with his father, mother, three brothers (Walter, Conrad & Cecil) and his two nieces, Myrtie & Vertie Williams. His older married brother, Willie along with his wife, Annie and children, lived next to them.
In 1912, he married Nancy Susan "Nannie" Fowler, in Meeker, Lincoln County, Oklahoma.
June 5, 1917 - Walter Columbus Fallwell was a 25 years old farm laborer and was living in S. Choctaw, Lincoln County, Oklahoma, when he registered for the World War I draft. His draft registration notes that he was of medium height and build with brown hair and brown eyes.
In 1920, he was 27 years old and lived in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma with his wife, Nancy "Nannie", two daughters, Ruby and Marie, and young son, Murl.
In September of 1920, Walter was in Aydelotte, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, driving his wife, Nannie, to the doctor as she was in labor with their fourth child, the buggy they were in overturned which resulted in the tragic death of Nannie and their unborn child.
In 1930, he was a 37-year-old widower and lived in Harrah, Oklahoma with his parents, 2 daughters, and young son.
In 1931, Walter, a former town constable of Harrah, Oklahoma, shoots and kills a bank robber.
On April 1, 1940, he was a 47-year-old widower and lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with his three grown children (Ruby age 27, Marie age 25, and Murl age 22). He worked in the oil fields as a roustabout.
In 1942, Walter Columbus Fallwell was living in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and working in the oil fields when he registered for the World War II draft at the age of 49.
He later worked for many years as a civilian for Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Oklahoma and retired from his employment there.
In 1958, Walter moved to Yukon, Canadian County, Oklahoma which just a few miles west of Oklahoma City. He lived the remainder of his life in Yukon.
On November 22, 1974, Walter, age 82, passed away after a short illness. He is truly missed by his family and friends. He is buried in the Yukon Cemetery in Canadian County, Oklahoma.

YUKON, OKLAHOMA - Walter C. Fallwell, 82, died Friday in Presbyterian Hospital, Oklahoma City, after a short illness. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Turner Funeral Home with burial in Yukon Cemetery.
Fallwell, born in Panola County, Tex., moved to Meeker in 1907 and to Yukon from Oklahoma City in 1958. He was a retired Tinker Air Force Base employee.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Marie Jensen, of the home; Mrs. Ruby Chadwell, 437 NW 25, Oklahoma City, and two sisters, Mrs. Offie (Vinnie) Britton, Long Branch, Tex., and Mrs. William (Moiena) Rader, Modesto, Calif.; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
