Lonzo Franklin Garrison, 77, died at his home near Brush Creek on Thursday June 5. Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Saturday at the Brush Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. P. Gibbs, assisted by the Rev. Enlo Mathis. Burial was in the Brush Creek Cemetery.
He was first married to Elizabeth Williams. She preceded him in death and he later married Mrs. Dovie Agee. By the first union five children were borne.
Besides his wife, the survivors include the five children, Mrs. Willie Garrison, Brush Creek, Arvil Garrions, Raeford, NC; Watson Garrison, Brush Creek, Mrs. Lily Enoch, Carthage, and Mrs. Dora Etta Hendrixosn, Detriot, MI, 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
