Preceded in death by husband, Norbert J., who died in 1985; infant daughter; parents; brothers, Herbert, and Robert Bodenschatz; and sister, Caroline Kessler.
Leona and her husband were co-owners of Hilltop Nurseries and one of the founding families of the Our Mother of Sorrows parish school. She was a charter member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, where family and friends will gather for funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Friday, the Very Rev. Paul E. Turnbull V.F.
