Culp
Joseph Culp, 61, of Washington Boulevard, West Portsmouh, died Thursday at Scioto Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Owner and operator of Culp's MiniMart on U.S. 52 West, he was an elder of the West Portmouth Branch of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Surviving are his wife, Clores Howard Culp; three daughters, Retha Fyffe of Mesquite, Texas, Paula Stephens of Lucasville, and Carol McGraw of West Portsmouth; a brother, Clyde Culp of Castalia; two sisters, Opal Mazur and Shirley Deno, both of Sandusky; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Service is 1 p.m. Monday at the church, with Evangelist Joseph Williams Se., and Edward Kruger officiating, and interment in Lucasville Cemetery.
Friends may call at Roger W. David Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 7 to 9 tonight and anytime Sunday.
The family's favorite charity is the church Fellowship Hall Building Fund.
