DELAND---William Thomas Foskey, 71, DeLand, died in Fish Memorial Hospital yesterday. He was a son of Joseph Manning Foskey and Ann Elizabeth "Liza" Bryant Foskey and had lived here for 10 years. He was a retired Soperton, Ga. farmer.

Survivors include four sons, Tillman, Soperton, A. E. and Joe, DeLand, and Thomas, Orange City; six daughters, Mrs. W. L. Strickland, DeLeon Springs, Mrs. Annie Beano, DeLand, Mrs. T. A. Wilkes, Barberville, Mrs. Pearl Gibbs, Pierson, Mrs. M. W. Heneley, DeLeon Springs, and Mrs. Lewis Board, Daytona Beach; two brothers, Harrison, Lunber City, Ga. and Lewis, Glenwood; and two sisters, Mrs. Lulu Rulie, Lumber City, Ga. and Mrs. Georgia Bryan, Gastonia, NC.
