Othelia "O.T." Arnold. 79. of Lake Leon, attended Hooks school winning the school tennis championship.

She married Richard D. Arnold in Boston on 23 March 1942. Together they raised six children while living in Odessa, Dimmit, Abernathy, Arizona before moving to Eastland County in 1959. Three of their children graduated from Carbon High School and three graduated from Eastland.

She was active in Peanuts Baseball, Little League and operated the concession stand serving Kool-aid. cookies and smiles. She and Richard were members of the Senior Citizens Rhythm Band in Cisco playing all over the area and entertaining in nursing homes. She was a member of the Church of Christ and the Friendship Group. She enjoyed collecting dolls, stuffed animals and handbells. She always had a smile on her face and was upbeat and positive. She was happy enjoying life and her family.

Arnold is survived by her husband; five sons, Richard Arnold, Jr, Eddy Arnold, Aaron Arnold, Bill Arnold, and James Arnold; daughter, Arlina Shornacy; two sisters, Orell Hensel and Martha Wilson; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, William Alvin Arnold; three brothers, Granville Morris, W.C. Morris, Aaron Morris.
