Mildred Addie Hallmark, 86, of Ballinger passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Ballinger Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Part of a large family of ten children, she was born March 20, 1925 in Melvin, Texas to I. N. and Minnie (Peel) Hallmark. Mildred was a homemaker and a member of Seventh Street Baptist Church in Ballinger. She especially enjoyed feeding and riding horses.

Preceding her in death were her parents; sisters and brothers-in-law, Claudeen and Bracey Feeler, Mae and Ralph Koenig, Novalene and Dudley Atwood, and Gladys and Curtis Patton; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Hallmark and Margaret Hallmark; and brother-in-law, Eugene Baker.

Mildred is survived by brothers, Herman Hallmark, Clarence Hallmark and wife, Margie, and Daniel Hallmark and wife, Nancy, all of Ballinger; sisters, Wilma Baker of Ballinger, and Billie Holland and husband, Raymond, of San Angelo. Numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.

Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, July 14 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 15 at 10:00 am at Seventh St. Baptist Church with Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Old Runnels Cemetery.
