Ida was 87 when she died peacefully afer a lingering illness on May 5, 1996.
She was a loving sister, wife, mother and grandmother.
She was born to Robert Watson and Katie Crowther Burt. Graduated from West High School in 1927.
Married Marlow Garrett Burningham on September 10, 1930 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death August 12, 1952. She then married Melvin Richard Campbell on April 4, 1953.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and an active member of the DUP. Devoted many years working for Bountiful City with close friends. She enjoyed farming, gardening, genealogy, poetry and needle work and the great love of her grandchildren. She left a beautiful image wherever she went.
